MEDITERRANEO Imports offer's a variety of intensely flavored, unique fruit based white and traditional balsamic vinegars, extra virgin olive oils from the Italian regions of Umbria, Tuscany and the Greek island of Crete, infused with fresh herbs, roasted garlic, Porcini mushrooms and Autumn truffles. In addition we have created a line of Mediterranean Sea salt flavored and blended with fresh herbs and exotic spices.

It all began in 1976 when Michael Kokkinos opened his first restaurant in Naples, Florida after arriving via the Bahamas from his birth place the Greek island of Kalymnos. He retained his love for olives, olive oil and Mediterranean foods.

A few years and restaurants later Michael and his wife Alice developed the most efficient and durable peppermill in the world, the ATLAS peppermill and established Peppermill Imports and the rest is history...

Now Michael with his partners Victor Gimenez and Philip Coniglio (ex-restauranters) import and distribute a unique gourmet food product line.
