Southwestern Caesar Salad

1 head of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cooked corn
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Coeur d'Olives Chipotle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground Mediterraneo Habanero Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground Mediterraneo Green Peppercorns

Wash and tear up lettuce unto a bowl. Sprinkle with corn and black beans and toss. Slice and layer avocado on top. Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker jar and shake well then toss desired amount with salad and serve.
