Ice Cream Topping

Ingredients:
6 oz chopped walnuts
1 small container of fresh raspberries
1 small container of fresh strawberries and/or blueberries
4 oz Coeur d'Olives Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar (also try any other of our Aged Balsamic Vinegars in the flavor of your choice)

8 servings of vanilla ice cream

Place walnuts and berries in a Ziplock bag. Pour in Coeur d'Olives Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar and seal the bag. Mix well by swishing it around and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Drain and save liquid for use on pancakes, waffles or French Toast, or as an ingredient in a salad dressing. Place the mixture on top of each ice cream serving. Serve immediately.
