Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
Bag of peeled baby carrots (or peal and slice your own)
Water
1/3 cup of maple syrup
4 tablespoons of butter
Coeur d'Olives Apple or Pecan Rub

Place carrots in a large saute pan and cover with an inch of water. Cover and let simmer until carrots are tender. Drain and return to pan. Add butter and maple syrup. Stir constantly until butter melts and carrots are well coated. Sprinkle with Coeur d'Olives Apple or Pecan Rub to taste.
