Ingredients:
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Coeur d'Olives Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle of ground Mediterraneo Imports Basil & Garlic Sea Salt
Sprinkle of ground Mediterraneo Imports Royal Peppercorns
Some chopped chives for garnish
Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork tender. Drain and put back in the pot. Add milk, butter, and Coeur d'Olives Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mash until smooth and creamy. Season with some ground Mediterraneo Imports Basil & Garlic Sea Salt and some ground Mediterraneo Imports Royal Peppercorns. Transfer to a serving dish and top with chopped chives. Serve immediately alone or with gravy. I like to use a good mushroom gravy.
