An Aged balsamic from Modena, Italy. We use our Traditional 18+ Year Aged Balsamic as a base and blend it with sweet red apples. It has the flavor and aromatic scent of red apples. Drizzle over a salad of sliced apples, sharp cheese and walnuts. Perfect for Waldorf salads, fresh berries, ice cream or warm spinach. A terrific marinade for chicken and beef.
