An Aged balsamic from Modena, Italy. We use our Traditional 18+ Year Aged Balsamic as a base and blend it with sweet figs. Its sweet, subtle fig flavor makes a mouth watering dressing for fruit and spinach salads. Splash on berries, cantaloupe or banana slices. Glaze over meats, roasted vegetables or bronze salmon.
