An Aged balsamic from Modena, Italy. We use our Traditional 18+ Year Aged Balsamic as a base and blend it with black cherries. The cherry aroma and taste is strong and the aged balsamic vinegar gives it a sweet and rich flavor. Perfect for fruit salads, spinach salads with cheese,and spray on salmon, lamb, and poultry.

I eat things. Good things.
I was initially confused by this one as I'm more a purist however my family loved it so I went for a bottle. I have to say, a loaf of bread and some oil and this stuff hits my taste buds well. My little girl loves it too, so I can't go wrong putting this on my table. Great stuff!
